Newark, DE – WhoMeta today announced the acquisition of DarkHugginn, a specialized darknet intelligence and hidden-service discovery platform. DarkHugginn will be fully integrated into Arqent Core, strengthening the platform’s ability to deliver AI-supported darknet investigations inside air-gapped, sovereign and restricted environments.

With the transaction, WhoMeta acquires the full DarkHugginn codebase, technology assets and operational IP. As part of the transition, founder Nadim will join WhoMeta and has received a minority equity stake in the company.
