WhoMeta Introduces the Arqent Sovereign Deployment Framework for Air-Gapped and Restricted Environments New framework enables fully isolated, on-premise operation of the Arqent Intelligence Stack
NEWARK, Del. – WhoMeta today announced the Arqent Sovereign Deployment Framework, a new operational architecture that enables the Arqent Intelligence Stack to run entirely inside air-gapped, on-premise and restricted networks. The framework is designed for Government, military and critical infrastructure organizations that require full operational control, strict data boundaries and environments without external cloud dependencies.
“Many operational domains cannot rely on external services, shared infrastructure or internet connectivity,” said Valeria Ferrin, Co-Founder at WhoMeta. “The Arqent Sovereign Deployment Framework addresses this reality by providing a fully self-contained architecture for mission intelligence, data processing and agent-based workflows inside controlled and isolated networks.”
The Sovereign Deployment Framework provides:
- Isolated Operation: All components of the Arqent Intelligence Stack — Arqent Core, Arqent OS and Arqent Hub — operate within closed networks without internet requirements.
- Controlled Data Flows: Data ingestion pipelines, storage layers and workflow automation remain fully under agency governance.
- On-Prem AI Execution: Agent-based processes powered by the Unified Agent Protocol (UAP) execute entirely on local infrastructure.
- Modular Deployment: Agencies can deploy Arqent in fully air-gapped mode, hybrid restricted networks or secure enclave setups.
- End-to-End Auditability: All operational processes remain visible and verifiable within the agency’s own systems.
The framework is intended for organizations that must meet strict operational, security and compliance requirements, including environments where third-party cloud services are not permitted. Arqent’s architecture supports deployment across physical servers, secure virtual infrastructure, tactical units and isolated mission networks.
“The requirement for sovereign, self-contained intelligence systems is increasing across Government and critical infrastructure,” Ferrin added. “Our framework provides a clear path for agencies to operate advanced AI-supported workflows without compromising control or exposing operational data.”
Additional technical details about the Arqent Sovereign Deployment Framework will be made available through a forthcoming architecture brief.
